Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit code to reset your password. The code expires after 15 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your Profile page from the main menu. You can update your name, phone number, address, and emergency contact information. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm your password. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data associated with your account will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, return to the verification screen and tap "Resend Code" to receive a new one. Make sure the email address you entered during registration is correct.
How do I schedule or join a virtual appointment?
Your care coordinator will schedule appointments on your behalf. When an appointment is scheduled, you will see it on your dashboard. Tap the appointment to join the virtual call at the scheduled time.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. ClearPath Virtual Health is fully HIPAA-compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your health information is restricted to your authorized care team. We maintain audit logs of all data access for your protection.
